Welcome to Barbados!

We recommend flying in on Thursday if you can, but you’ll probably be on your own that day/night. There are many fun things to do in Barbados.

Consider: booking a snorkeling trip or renting a stand-up paddle board, taking a surf lesson, visiting the south coast and Carlisle Bay (our favorite beach), or relaxing by the beach with a book and a fish cutter (sandwich).

Friday, 4/17

4 p.m. – 8 p.m: Annie’s Ragin’ Bajan Beach BBQ at The Gazebo

Sunset hang with drinks, bites, and music on Paynes Bay Beach. We’ll hang on this beach in the afternoon, feel free to come and go as you please. Drinks and bites will be served from 4-8 p.m. We recommend beach casual or beach chic attire — you’re welcome to wear your swimsuit with a cover-up or your favorite beach dress.

Saturday, 4/18

2:30 pm: Shuttle buses pick up at All Seasons Europa, Colony Club Hotel and Beach View Hotel.

4 pm: Welcome Drinks as guests arrive.

4:30 pm: Wedding Ceremony at Love Hill Signal Station, followed by a cocktail hour, seated dinner, and dancing.

10:30 pm: First shuttle departs.

12 am: Second shuttle departs.

Saturday’s ceremony and reception will be at Gun Hill Signal Station — we’re calling it Love Hill. 😉 This is an outdoor venue (not on the beach), it’s a high point overlooking the island. There is no sand, there are some grassy areas, but with easily walkable pathways and a dance floor. For attire, we’re suggesting tropical cocktail attire — dress it up with something fun and festive. Breathable fabrics and comfortable shoes are recommended.

We will provide shuttle buses to bring guests to and from the west coast to the wedding venue. Shuttle buses will pick-up at 2:30 p.m. from All Seasons Europa, Beach View and Colony Club Hotel. At the end of the evening, an early shuttle will leave at 10:30pm and a later shuttle will leave at midnight to bring guests back to the west coast pick-up points. Uber and PickUP Barbados are also available.
